Purpose of IMPACT YOUTH
Impact Youth exists to help teenagers receive and respond. Our desire is to see every student transformed by the gospel and be equipped to live out their faith in every area of life.
RECEIVE
We want every teen to be impacted by Christ, God's Word, and the church. Through a personal relationship with Jesus, faithful biblical teaching, and the encouragement of a caring church family, students can grow into mature followers of Christ.
RESPOND
As God works in their lives, we want our teens to make an impact on the church, their families, and their world. By serving faithfully, honoring Christ at home, and living out their faith wherever they go, they can make a lasting impact on the world around them.
Study with us!
Teen Sunday School occurs every Sunday morning from 9:30 to 10:15. This is a wonderful opportunity for us to pause and explore God’s Word more deeply.
During Sunday School, we will examine topics relevant to the lives of teens as well as various sections of Scripture. Our goal is to create an environment where teens can ask questions and learn to apply the Bible in practical ways through engaging discussions and real-life applications.

Wednesday night youth group is dedicated exclusively to our teens. While each meeting may differ, the evening typically includes:
- Announcements
- Games
- Singing
- Prayer
- Bible Preaching
During youth group, teens will engage with sermons on various topics relevant to their lives, along with studies from the Bible. We always encourage teens to invite their friends to both Wednesday night youth group and Sunday School!

Activities
Throughout the year, we will organize a variety of activities for our teens to engage in. We typically aim to host one main event each month, with some months featuring two activities. These events are designed to break down barriers, foster friendships, unite our teens as a community, and, most importantly, provide an opportunity for fun in a safe and godly environment!
Camp
Every summer, we take our teens to a Bible-preaching Christian camp. Camp is one of the most thrilling and unforgettable experiences our teens can enjoy each year! The goal of attending camp is to distance our teens from worldly influences and immerse them in an environment saturated with God’s Word for an entire week. We pray that this experience will contribute to their spiritual growth, strengthen their Christian journey, and allow them to have a great time.
Teen Takeover Services
Teen takeover services offer our young people a chance to serve and worship the Lord by utilizing their God-given talents during a church service. In these special services, our teens sing, play instruments, testify, and preach. We believe these opportunities allow our youth to use their gifts for the Lord while being a blessing to the congregation of Neuse Baptist Church.
Serve with us!
At Neuse Baptist, we want to help our students discover their God-given gifts and use them for His glory! We want our teens to recognize their role within the church now and understand the importance of getting involved during their teenage years.

The leadership of Neuse's Student Ministry endeavors to support the parent's God-given role of fostering the spiritual development of their teenager. Student Ministries consist of young people in grades 7-12.
