WELCOME!

Neuse Baptist Church in Raleigh, NC is a Bible-believing, missions-minded, Independent Baptist Church. We are a friendly, caring, and compassionate congregation that wants to reach out and minister to others.

We offer something for all ages. Nursery is available for all services. Varied Sunday School classes for adults and children, a teen program, AWANA, as well as numerous outreach ministries, provide opportunities to get involved.

Our services include God-honoring music from congregational hymns and spiritual songs, beautiful anthems from our choir, and inspirational selections from small groups and soloists, preparing hearts for God's message through Pastor Shaffer.

We are looking forward to our 48th Annual Missions Conference at Neuse Baptist Church. Each and every year, God has blessed us with inspiring and challenging messages with testimonies from our Missionaries and guest speakers. We expect nothing less this year. Mark your calendar! You will not want to miss one service or activity. Most importantly, be in prayer as to what God will place on your heart to give to Missions in the coming year.

Rev. Steve Bender, former missionary to Korea and current Associate Mission Director for BBFI, will be our guest speaker.  We will also be featuring missionaries from the Philippine Islands, Mongolia, and Austrailia.

Our desire is to see each club member come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ and build on that foundation to better serve God and country with Christian character. What a privilege we have to shape the lives of hundreds of kids through this effective ministry.

Sunday Evening Sermon Series

Join us Sunday evenings at 6:30 as Pastor Shaffer shares how we can have true VICTORY in Jesus Christ. This study through the book of 2 Corinthians is sure to change your life.

Also join us at 6:00 pm for Men's and Ladies Prayer Groups.

OUTREACH EMPHASIS

Our emphasis on Churchwide Visitation began in September. Pastor Shaffer has shared his vision for effective evangelism of our neighborhoods and surrounding areas. The methods our Pastor emphasizes are Two by Two, Highways and Hedges, Care and Compassion,  Personal Evangelism, and Innovation and Technology. There are so many methods we can use to share the love of Jesus Christ with our community.

SUNDAY SCHOOL AT NEUSE

No matter your age, grade or stage in life, there is a class for you and every menber of your family at Neuse. The mission of our Sunday School is to REACH, TEACH, and MINISTER to individuals. Our gifted teachers are dedicated to helping you grow as a believer. These small groups are designed to help you develop relationships with others who will encourage you, rejoice with you, and pray for you.

In Sunday School, you will develop life-long memories while learning more about God. Join us every Sunday at 10:00 am.

Please make Neuse Baptist Prison Ministries a matter of prayer on a regular basis. Our Prison Ministry team has begun regular bible studies at the Federal Prison in Butner.
